Apparently a friend of one of the children found my blog recently, and by extension, the Chick's. When her mother saw the titles of the blogs (aka Chesty Larue and Cheap But Not Easy) she thought they were adult content sites. Hee.
To any mothers of children who happen upon these blogs - my blog is for the most part a PG blog, as is the Chick's (although she is known to post pictures of hot men on Monday). But don't be surprised if your child suddenly starts having an urge to shop more thriftily or wants to discuss the historical accuracy of the costuming in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" movies.
Don't say I didn't warn you.
And parents of the world can rest easier - I've changed my blog name to The Cheap Chick... which, to be honest, still sounds kind of bad.
However, I am all about the frugal living and such.

On a side note, aren't you glad we didn't name our blogs Dirty Nasty Ho's and Slap My Bi$%@ Up like we had originally planned?

So I went over to see Cheap But Not Easy, and discovered it apparently no longer exists...the link took me to The Cheap Chick. Disappointment all around :(

Wixer - the Cheap Chick and Cheap But Not Easy are all one and the same. Some jerk bought my URL out from under me, so I made the big switch to just one brand name - The Cheap Chick - and dumped Cheap But Not Easy.
And thank you, I try to be cute! Sometimes, I even strive for darlingness! Mostly though, I fail.
